You may also call 1-800-932-3304 to request a dealer pack by fax or snail mail. You will need to complete a Master Dealer Monitoring Agreement as well as an Alarm Dealer Information Form. We need hard copies with your original signature in our file within 14 days to continue monitoring your accounts.
