How do I sign up with SentryNet?
Answer: You may complete the online form or print them and complete them to be returned by regular mail. You may also call 1-800-932-3304 to request a dealer pack by fax or snail mail. You will need to complete a Master Dealer Monitoring Agreement as well as an Alarm Dealer Information Form. We need hard copies with your original signature in our file within 14 days to continue monitoring your accounts.

Where is the central station located?
Answer: SentryNet has two central stations. One is located at 121 Harvey Street in Greenville, Mississippi and the second is located at 517 North Baylen Street in Pensacola, Florida.

How will the central station phone be answered when my customers call in?
Answer: The phone will be answered "Central Station, are you calling to cancel an alarm?" If you have any objections or special requests, accommodations can be made to suit your needs.

Answer: SentryNet demands that it's operators be efficient, friendly, and courteous to both you and your customers. All SentryNet operators have successfully completed a criminal background check as well as succesfully completed the SIA Certified Operators Course. When you send a signal to SentryNet, you can be assured it is responded to by a qualified, fully trained operator.
